Room refrigeration units ZN

ZANOTTI S.p.A. presents the new monoblock unit series ZN. This refrigeration equipment is designed for straddle mounting and are of a simple, compact design appropriate to their surroundings.

The frame lower part has been engineered so as to reduce as far as possible the overall dimensions outside the cold room. ZN units are made of white pre-painted sheet metal.

ZN0 model and all models of ZN 1 series, due to their extremely reduced dimensions, are suitable to be installed in mini room refrigeration units in usually difficult positions for the installation, such as on the panel set between the corner of the cold room and the door.

The whole range is equipped with hermetic compressors with R404A; for medium temperature applications compressors working with R134A refrigerant are already available.

Reliability and very competitive prices combine to give a very good price-quality ratio. On our units we employ both microchannel condensers as well as grooved pipe ones in order to obtain a higher efficiency and a reduction in consumption.

The units are provided with:

  • capillary tube for refrigerant expansion
  • wholly automatic electric defrost
  • switchboard with electronic control board
  • automatic system for condensate evacuation, no outside connections for water drainage are usually necessary
  • power supply cable
  • cold room light cable, lamp and lampholder

The units are provided with a new generation control panel with an easy-to-use interface.

  • Coor micro-switch cable
  • Cable for door heater for low temperature units only
  • Connection module for monitoring, remote management and data recording through an external supervision system
  • Water cooled condenser
  • Kit for outside installation consisting in: condenser fan pressure switch or condenser fan speed regulator, compressor crankcase heater
  • Voltage monitor
  • Different voltage
