DAIKIN is pleased to launch 5 Year Comprehensive Warranty Promotional Offer, across its RA Hi – Wall Inverter split air conditioners range for purchases done during the period 1st April 2025 to 31st May 2025.
- Presently, all our Inverter High wall Split Air conditioners have Standard Warranty* of 10 Years on Inverter Compressor, 5 years on PCB and 1 Year on the entire AC Unit.
- Standard Warranty means Repair/Replacement of any part of the AC found defective, subject to the confirmation of the technical experts appointed by DAIKIN or its authorized service partner, due to faulty material or workmanship. It excludes all types of air filters, all plastic and metal parts and remote handset and defects caused due to improper maintenance of the product or any use contrary to the operations specified in user's manual with the Product supplied (Digital card can be scanned from the sticker on indoor unit).
- Daikin Air conditioning India Pvt Ltd reserves the right, at its discretion, to replace any defective part with a substitute without affecting the performance of the Product. All parts removed by Daikin Air conditioning India Pvt. Ltd. shall be the property of Daikin Air conditioning India Pvt Ltd. In the event Daikin Air conditioning India Pvt Ltd. carries out repairs or replacement of any part during the said Warranty Period, the warranty shall thereafter continue only for the remaining period of the Product warranty.
- 5 Year Comprehensive Warranty offer means extension of the warranty period to a total of 60 months or 5 years from the date of installation (installation completed within the offer period), for those customers who purchase DAIKIN Split Hi-Wall Inverter AC's of tonnage from 0.75TR (2.7 kW) up to 2.60TR (2.55 kW) during the offer period from our authorized Channel Partners and www.mydaikinstore.com. This offer is applicable for customers using DAIKIN ACs for residential usage. This offer does not apply to commercial applications (Shops, Offices, Hospitals, Hotels, etc.,) or for Institutional customers.
- The 5 Year Comprehensive Warranty covers comprehensively all repairs, rectification, or replacement of Components like (PCB, Swing motor, Fan Motor, Evaporator Coil, Condenser coil, Compressor, Sensors) *. Defective parts shall be replaced with a functionally working repaired or equivalent part. Customers are required to pay visit (inspection & replacement) charges as per the rates in force 2nd year onwards. The 5 Year Comprehensive Warranty offer excludes all types of air filters, all plastic and metal parts, remote handset, labor and gas charges. (* Any damage including spare parts due to site conditions, rats, insects & unhealthy power supply, or leakages due to a Corrosive Environment are not covered).
- Gas charging associated with Compressor / Evaporator coil / Condenser coil / Leakage needs to be paid by customer as per applicable rates. However, in such scenario, the visit (inspection) charges will be adjusted against gas charging rates.
This offer will be strictly applicable only if Installation, Extended Warranty Registration & Service are availed through Daikin Air conditioning India Pvt Ltd authorized Sales & Service Partner. All Daikin Channel sales partners must ensure that product installation is done through installation service requests raised with DAIKIN CRM. Customers are also advised to keep the original proof of sale (GST invoice) during the 5 Year Comprehensive Warranty offer for availing this scheme benefit. - Customers are advised to avail Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS) per year as per applicable PMS rates in force from Daikin Authorized Sales & Service Partners by ticket registration. This will ensure product efficiency and a longer life of the product.
- Daikin Air conditioning India Pvt Ltd shall not be liable or be deemed to be in default for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from causes beyond its reasonable control including delay in repairing due to non-availability of any component or accessory, manpower crisis, restrictions and regulations of the government, public movement, war and any unavoidable circumstances.
