SAS-SAR commercial units for seasoning and storing cheese
Refrigeration units designed for storing cheese, cold cuts cheese drying and seasoning, available in monoblock version with wall-mounted application on the cold room wall or in split version (here particular attention shall be paid to connections between condensing unit and evaporator - max recomanded distance 6 meters).
- Cheese and Ham Seasoning SAS - SAR
The cooling units for the drying and aging of cold cuts and cheeses in small to medium cells, also called “mini conditioners”. The units of this series are available in monoblock and split versions. The type of monoblock applied “thru-wall” the cell is especially suitable for the storage of cheese; in certain cases, they are also used whenever the temperature and humidity of germination cells need to be kept under control. All models are equipped with an electronic temperature and humidity control system, complete with the operation and standby times. The SAR models are special units for storing cheese and the resting time of raw hams.
