Jaipur: Japanese air conditioning major Daikin, which has invested over Rs 2,000 crore to set up its two factories and a research and development (R&D) centre at Neemrana, Rajasthan, rolled out a new range of split room ACs. K J Jawa, chairman and MD, Daikin India, said, "The new range of ACs will empower the growing Indian population to upgrade from outdated and older technologies without any impact of high energy consumption charges."
