Daikin Industries, Ltd. has issued its "CSR Report 2014" summarizing CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities in the Daikin Group from April 2012 to March 2013.
The report serves to inform various stakeholders regarding CSR within the Daikin Group and deepen their understanding of activities undertaken by Daikin to achieve it.
This year we have linked together features centering on six themes related to the key themes of our CSR activities—the environment, quality & customer satisfaction, human resources, and social contribution. We have features on two areas that we have particularly focused on in recent years: the prevention of global warming and the fostering of human resources.
